Here are a few homes up for rent by Giano Properties in a very nice modern estate setting. This beautiful area has useable roads and oceans for boating. These homes are 2 and 3 bedrooms and start at 300 prims and got up to 600 prims. They all come equipped with home security systems, tintable windows, locking doors and driveways.

This community also offers a night club for entertainment, lots of designer shopping, two fishing areas, live music and a casino if you’re feeling lucky. The shopping and entrainment is also connected but 2 sims over, so no need to worry about lag. Residential is all separate from commercial.
